Mollie Watkins, the Founder of Comprehensive Consulting Solutions for Small Businesses, will be presenting the “Sales Training Class – Back to the Basics." Mollie has demonstrated experience in leading and training sales people to achieve bigger things. See her biography for more info.


A consulting client asked Mollie to create a comprehensive sales class that went back to the basics of selling – that sales class has been created and she wants to extend an invitation to other sales professionals in Northwest Arkansas (NWA) that may need personalized training and/or coaching around selling and related concepts (NWA includes Fort Smith, West Fork, Fayetteville, Springdale, Siloam Springs, Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista, Mountain Home, and all the cities in between).


The sales training session will last four hours and include two breaks. The sales class is open to new and tenured sales people within any industry. The content of the class will not be industry specific – but through comprehensive activities completed in class, attendees will be able to apply the concepts from the class to their industry. The purpose of the “Sales Training Class – Back to the Basics” is to review concepts and activities related to selling to improve the attendees’ sales abilities through knowledge, improvements in sales process, prospecting activities, closing the sale, understanding the math behind the sale, building the pipeline, etc.


During the class, attendees will learn (or relearn) selling related concepts and engage through activities completed in class with minimal PowerPoint Presentation download time, which is unlike other sales training that Comprehensive Consulting Solutions for Small Businesses has attended. The class will be spent mostly on class activities or worksheets that help the attendee understand selling concepts and sales process, but also the class will take attendees through self-exploration of their motivations, goals, strengths, weaknesses, numbers, and activities. We have found that many business owners have walked through self-exploration, but most of their staffs have not.



Attendees will learn and work through their ideal customer, product/service, competitive advantage, social styles, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), sales cycle or sales process, sales is a contact game, strengths and weaknesses, time management, complete sales cycle or sales process, lead follow-up, closing techniques, importance of follow-up, practice time, and more!
