Business Planning - Virtual Event

In Partnership with the Fayetteville Public Library

The Fayetteville Public Library and Comprehensive Consulting Solutions for Small Businesses are excited to announce a Virtual Business Planning Event on June 17th at 10 am. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Here is the YouTube link in case you missed the event.

Mollie Watkins, Accredited Small Business Consultant, of Comprehensive Consulting Solutions for Small Businesses will walk participants through the foundations of business planning. Mollie and her team have helped start-ups and established businesses work through business planning and strategic plans. Mollie has worked with various types of businesses and owner types - some are all in and others are working a day job and starting a business on the side. A business plan will still have the same major components, no matter what stage or place the owner may be within their business.

What is business planning?

Business planning helps business owners review their current situation and plan where they are headed, where they want to be, and how to get there. A business plan details goals, a SWOT analysis, accountabilities, tactics, and low-lying fruit to name a few.

Virtual Session Agenda:

  • • Welcome and Intro
  • • What is Business Planning?
  • • Is a business plan important?
  • • What should I include in my business plan?
  • • How do I start on my business plan?

If you are a new business or about to start one, make sure you join this 1-hour session on business planning! This event will be a virtual event on Zoom and registration is required. Spacing is limited, so register today!
